Sarah is a dynamic HR lead with extensive experience in both private and public sector organisations including FTSE 100 companies, education, and most successfully in a professional sport company. She has a proven track record in facilitating leadership development programs and change management programmes including success in creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. Her passion is to get the best out of people by coaching all levels of staff in the areas of transformational leadership, strategy, communication and team building. She holds a Master’s degree in human resource leadership and organisational development as well as advanced HR and counselling certifications.
