Award-Winning Sky Entertaining Garden Lighting

This stunning “Sky Entertaining” garden by Maïtanne Hunt Garden and Landscape has won the ProLandscaper Outdoor Lighting Project Under £35,000. In this scheme designed by our Creative Director Sally Storey, the addition of light has transformed the roof terrace creating a magical extra room which can be used long in to the evening.

The scheme was designed to emphasise both the textures of the planters and the planting itself. Miniature Lucca 30s light the planters and a mixture of discreet green Kew 25s spotlights and Hampton 25 flood lights light the shrubs and planting above. To add further drama,  the mirror was backlit creating a soft floating effect using Contour HD LED strip.

To top it all, more than 60 projects were shortlisted across 10 categories at the awards, with the Sky Entertaining project also taking home the title of Supreme Winner. Congratulations to Maïtanne Hunt and her team.
