How to order

Whether you are interested in purchasing one of our lighting design schemes or you simply want to buy some of our light fittings, we have a trained team waiting to help at our Customer Service Centre. Orders often require some input from ourselves, so we recommend you ring us in the first instance – but you can also reach us via email.

Our dedicated team will listen to all your requirements and advise you accordingly – ensuring that all the correct lamps or bulbs, transformers, drivers and accessories are specified with each product.  From there, we will provide a quotation listing all the specified items. We only ask for payment once you have checked that everything is in order.

Collection and Delivery

We carry large stocks of our most popular products for immediate delivery from our Distribution Centre in the UK.  Bespoke items often take longer but we are happy to send the rest of your order in advance.

Provided we receive your order before 12 noon, we will dispatch stock items within 24 hours for delivery the following day in the UK and up to a 7 working days in Dubai. If you are buying one of our design schemes, we usually require a lead time of 2-3 weeks to compile the whole order. All products will be collated on a circuit by circuit, room by room basis for ease of installation on site, saving time and making life as easy as possible for your electrician.

We have a collection counter at our Customer Service Centre in the UK. If you wish to collect your items, calling us in advance will allow us to have your order ready and avoid you waiting during busy times.

Installation in the UK

John Cullen does not employ electricians directly to install your lighting scheme. If you require an electrician, local government websites can often recommend NICEIC qualified electricians (www.niceic.org.uk) in your area.  Within certain areas we are also happy to supply a list of recommended electricians who have all successfully installed our products.
